Integrated Odoo CRM, Retell AI, and n8n into an end-to-end voice automation pipeline for real estate lead qualification and appointment booking.

What it does

On lead creation, the system scores intent, places an outbound AI call, fetches real-time property availability from Odoo mid-conversation, books the appointment, and syncs the CRM automatically.

Technical Implementation

Built workflow orchestration with n8n to coordinate between Retell AI voice calls and Odoo CRM. Implemented real-time data fetching during live conversations. Created intelligent lead scoring and routing logic. Developed bidirectional CRM sync to maintain data accuracy.

Impact

Handled 200+ automated AI calls with sub-60s lead response time and 98% CRM sync accuracy. Sales team effort redirected entirely to confirmed appointments, eliminating manual qualification work.
